Exterior — Frequently Asked Questions
Does exterior ready-to-assemble furniture require assembly?
Yes. These pieces ship flat-packed and are designed to be put together at home. That keeps them more affordable and makes them far easier to carry through doorways, up stairs, and into tight spaces than fully built furniture.
Is exterior ready-to-assemble furniture hard to put together?
For most people, no. Each item includes step-by-step instructions, numbered parts, and the hardware you need — you'll typically only need a basic tool like a screwdriver, and having a second set of hands makes larger pieces quicker to build.
Do you offer an assembly service?
In some cases, yes — assembly options can vary by item and location. Please contact us and we'll let you know what's available for the pieces you're considering.
Do you deliver exterior ready-to-assemble furniture?
Yes. Because it ships flat-packed, it's easy to deliver throughout our service area. See our shipping & delivery policy for timelines, or contact us for a quote.
Can I finance exterior ready-to-assemble furniture?
Yes. We offer financing options on qualifying purchases.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
